The Izo Mountains, in the northern reaches of Moonlight Wolves, is an ever freezing land. Ice capped peaks are plentiful on the horizon, and small crevices formed from break provide shelter from the howling winds and blinding snow. Watch where you step though, the footing is made up of glaciers that have built up over the years. Despite its intimidating coldness, twice a year in fall and spring the skies clear entirely for fourteen days and are the
purest of blues.

No New Posts Moirao Fjord

The Moirao Fjord came to be many years ago when bits of the glaciers on the mountains fell down and carved a split at the bottom of the mountain. The watery remnants of the fallen glaciers are what fill the space in the split. The water is freezing year around, but rocks that have fallen from the mountains have built stepping stones so that one can make it across the fjord without slipping into the water.

No New Posts Steiros Tundra

Tucked along the right side of the fjord at base of the mountains is the Steiros Tundra. Cold and drafty most of the year, winds blow swiftly across the barren land. The only plant life are the small, hardy grasses and shrubs that cling to the frost-bitten ground.
